I saw a pair of beats at a store in a mall and they were $80. They were the Beat In-ear tours without control talk so I thought it was a reasonable price. I asked if they were authentic and the owner said it was and the packaging was weird cause it was manufacturer refurbished. Their return policy was that once the item is opened it cannot be returned. I bought it but the man charged me and went on his lunch break without giving me a receipt. I later found out that the beats were fake. What can I do? Isn't this illegal misrepresentation of an item?
