2gb what is the problem ? i am having dell inspiron 620s with windows 7 ultimate i recently bought a new system 4 months ago there in the system 2gb of ram is pre installed and i told him to add 2more gb and the computer showed me 4gb of ram (2.92 usable) but now it is showing only 2gb i checked my system drivers everything is perfect i dont know what to do anyone gets this question pls reply me with valuable answer thank you
