I am always hungry. I eat healthy foods drink tons of water,and exercise...

...daily. what can i do? I do know sometimes I am just board, but I am NEVER full. I can eat and eat and eat... i am very overweight. (the eating healthy and exercising daily has helped) i don't know what else to do to get my hunger under control?
 
Do you eat 6 times a day, or 3. You need to eat 6 times a day, healthy foods and palm size. When you are overweight your stomach holds more and then when you diet and cut back portion size your stomach does not feel as full. Drink a glass of water 20 minutes before each meal, and don't be afraid to have some extra fruit.
