We all know she's poor and has to return some of the clothes she buys by re-tagging them but still her style is sophisticated and casual at the same time. She's powerful and smart and takes down Serena and does it all by herself with only her brother to guide her. I mean, Blair is nice too but she kinda needs her posse to scheme.
