Who is Gossip Girl Going to Be?

Gossip Girl will be revealed at the series finale on December 17th. We know it has to be an existing character, here's a look at the characters:

-Chuck Bass (could be but realisticly doesn't make sense at all)
-Serena Van Der Woodsen (can't be her as gossip girl took her laptop)
-Blair Waldorf (can't be her wouldn't make sense)
-Nate Archibald (can't be him as he's messaged gossip girl)
-Dan Humphrey (would be really interesting if it was him could be)
-Rufus Humphrey (again would be interesting but more unrealistic if was him)
-Jenny Humphrey (could be her again interesting twist)
-Lily Van Der Woodsen (really unlikely to be her as serena has been ripped on many times from gg)
-Eric Van Der Woodsen (again serena has been ripped on making it less realistic)
-Bart Bass (could be him be kinda weird if it was)
-Ivy Dickens (she sends things into gg making it seem not really possible)
-Vanessa Abrams (could be her be kinda interesting)
-Georgina Sparks (can't be her as she was the fill in for gg)
-Harold Waldorf (serena has been ripped on again wouldn't make sense)
-Eleanor Waldorf (could be her again though blair has been ripped on wouldn't make sense)
-Dorota (could be but would ruin relationship with blair making it unlikely)
-Jack Bass (could be him unlikely though)
-Cyrus Rose (wouldn't make sense to be him)
-Juliet Sharpe (could be but had a small role regarding the entire series)
-Scott Rosson (don't think that fits exactly)
-Nelly Yuki (very possible could be her one of my most likely suspects)
-Hazel Williams (been irrelevant for a while now most likely not her)
-Penelope Shafai (could be her)
-Carol Rhodes (wouldn't make sense again with Serena)
Another possibility is Chuck Bass's real mother

Looking through all the possible characters who do you think that gossip girl is going to be?
