okay I want a very low cal and healthy sandwich/wrap idea.
I know i'll use an 80 calorie low carb whole wheat wrap with 2 tbs of hummus that is 30 calories. but what else should i put in it that will make this FILLING and healthy?
obv. I will put tomato and lettuce.
what about adding 3 all natural turkey slices in it?
would that be disgusting? hah
