I was watching World's Dumbest Car Crashes and they posed an interesting question. If two fire trucks arrive at an intersection at the same time who has the right away?
The one that has the lights on. Seriously though if that happened and dispatch had actually had them going on the route like that then you would look at it as standard stop sign rules. The one crossing traffic goes last. If both are crossing then they could go at the same time.
