But don't want to gain weight either.
Breakfast- chocolate filled crepe 100 cal
Snack bag of apple slices - 45 cal
Banana-100 cal
lunch-small tin of spaghetti on 1 slice of toast-225 cal
soup with one slice of bread -200 cal
snack - yogurt-90 cal
Dinner-sweet and sour prawns with noodles- about 650 cal cal
malteser chocolate bunny- 155 cal (weekly treat- don't usually have this)
Is it too many calories?
will i gain weight?
