I need a spacaious car and with some image , the yr2000 Volvo is the V70 xc awd est. 2.4t petrol,54k miles, yes a bit thirsty but 5k euro, the merc is also yr2000 e220 cdi est.114k miles, big yes more economical but 7k euro . The Volvo has the rugged image and leather , the merc more presence , which is the best buy for me ,the volvo is a bit youger image like the timberland if you like but the merc will always look richer .Which is easier to sell again too .
