Well!!!
I am here to this thread and i know about the cardio exercise importance.
Most of the people in the world like the cardio exercise work.It is the
best for weight loss of the body and fitness.I like these cardio exercises
like,...
1 Swimming
2 Cycling
3 Running
 
Along with that exercises, you have to maintain the diet plan. I mean,
during the workout, your muscle are consumed(used) and you have to give a
proper treatment to it.
 
There are many benefit of cardio and there are many cardio in all over the world.
Running
Walk
Swimming
Rope jump
These are cardio and this is good source for get healthy body figure.
