for life to be here an atheist must believe in evolution, or he would be a liar or his thinking process in error.and they have to much pride to admit this.
but true empirical science is look at the facts, and let it rest on the evidence , wither it falls in line with evolution or a creator. but the thought of a creator irritates them, so they have their own bias skewed research to validate their beliefs. thus trying to proving their beliefs as fact.
