Battery died and I blew the 110V fuse on the fuse box (attached to the battery), while driving to get a new battery the transmission started binding between 3rd and 4th gears. this is too conincidental as a tranny guy now suggest i need to drop the tranny on the car. He tried hoookingit up to the decoder(?) and is getting no new readings. another mech. tells me it could be an "adaptation"?
