M using Vuze 4.0 , my internet speed is 75kBps... how do i increase my DL speed? ?

i was using Bittorrent before, but my sys started getting crashed coz of tat but DL speed was above 8KBps, but in Vuze its keeps on varying from 3KBps to 7KBps.. I always search 4 torrents which max peers even then i hav dis prob.. I don know 2 configure it. i think some configuration prob .. pls can anyone HELP me.. ?? :(
 
There are two things you can do to increase speed.

One is to allow incoming communications by forwarding Vuzed through any firewall or router.
The other is to make room for outgoing communications by capping upload in Vuze to 80% of your overall upload capacity.
