Any one who was a lot of experience with sport bikes please answer this?

So this summer I spent about a two months looking for the Kawasaki ninja 500 sold out everywhere and there were wait lists every where I finally located one however it is not the 2009 or 2008 which is find by me because it is an 06 and it is lime green exactly the color I wanted to begin with. The price the dealer is asking is 4,200 it is again a 2006 Ninja 500 and has 60 miles on it, it is completely clean no dents/scrates ect. ect. ....Is this a good deal ???
