I am 24.I have always been injury prone ever since i was in school basketball team and college cricket team so i am a bit skeptical about what to begin learning.I will start working soon so it would be a challenge juggling both but i am up for it.Reason i want to learn is the rising crime/rape/road rage in my city which makes me feel vulnerable if i am faced with a situation and i am with my mum or my girlfriend. Also its because two of my cousins are already into Aikido and Krav Maga.
Thanks for your time.

To me Thai boxing is good to learn and it is easy. But injurying other people can be dangerous due to bone cracking. If u want no major injury to people and easy then do judo (u flip people if u learn correctly and finish people with a combine).

Hope it help and be safe :)
