should my workouts be. I'm 37, weigh 71 kg (about 150 lbs) and am 168 cm or 5'6".
I'm in pretty crappy shape right now because I've just woken from hibernation (well, not really, but close to it).
So how long and how many days a week? I don't want to burn out but I want some good cardio benefits.
