Apr 5, 2013 #2 F FaithMachine New member Jun 18, 2008 8 0 1 Sounds like it might be a hardware issue, assuming the DVDs you inserted were brand new, and from various manufacturers. Is your Mac under warranty? If not, I'd try plugging in a $40 USB DVD burner. It'll probably work just fine.
