DVD suddenly became empty?

I have game installers burned into two complementary DVD-Rs and I've used these discs countless times before. But suddenly, when I tried using the first of the two discs, I can'y access the files and my computer cannot open it (says 0 bytes used space and 0 bytes free space).

When I try to open it through Windows Explorer, the window says "Drag files to this folder to add them to the disc". It's as if I have inserted a blank DVD. The disc doesn't even have scratches, so I'm not sure how the disc has been damaged.

I tried using other DVDs and it worked perfectly when I play it on my computer so I'm sure it's not the driver that is problematic.

So, is there any way to access the files in that disc now? Or to at least recover some of the files?
