2000 Beetle 1.8T, bought used, i am the second owner, only 28,000 Miles...
Previous owner says he never touched power steering fluid since he bought car new...
Dip stick shows fluid is at middle point of MAX and MIN...
I dipped finger in the fluid, fluid is in clear color and little bit golden yellow...
Have my friend turn wheel lock to lock, no bubbles present, which means no air in system...
Why does the Power Steering Pump Make Whining Sound ???
A new pump is $85, so expensive... What shall i do now ???
