All of my friends do it, I've never tried but kinda want to. I also heard it gives you some sort of buzz?

Don't. Chewing tobacco is worst than smoking. It's an addictive drug. It has like 19 cancer causing chemicals and 4000+ more harmful chemicals. So yeah, unless you want cancer, don't chew tobacco.

Ps. People who chew tobacco long term also have rotten teeth and ugly gums

nicotine is a stimulant, and by chewing it, they are not exposing themselves to the negative respiratory effects of the smoke. It does not however eliminate the cancer risks.

Chew tobacco is like cigarettes but instead of lung disease it would give you gum disease and all. So just like cigarettes for the first time you get buzzed and all. I suggest you don't try it. I seriously don't think chewing tobacco is much better for you.

Good luck

They might in Canada....but they don't get away with it in the USA!

...and I know from which I speak...my 16-year-old plays hockey, and it is NOT allowed! Even if it were...this mama would put her foot down on THAT!

Just sayin'...
