technologies in developing countries? Besides the fact that it's already unregulated in developed countries and introducing it in developing countries would make the infertility problem even more complicated?

There is not an infertility problem in undeveloped countries. Undeveloped countries have a much higher birth rate than any developed country, and in fact with the rise of medical technology in those countries, the death rate is falling while the birth rate is remaining high. What this means is that more so than developed countries, UNdeveloped ones are contributing to world overpopulation! Due to the lack of education in these countries, and especially the lack of access to birth control and sex ed, this is not being corrected, and it is a big problem!
