What can is something that I can cook?

I have a pork sirloin, Onions, Rice, Angel Hair Pasta, Spaghetti pasta.Diced tomatoes. I have sesame seed oil(Yumm :3) Some random seasons(Basil, Oregano, Ginger, Salt and pepper)

Not much to work with. But i wanted to make something nice with what i have. Any idea's? If not i'll end up winging it! (Im good at that but like recipes now and then)
