Dairy Free Quiche

1 1/2 pounds soft tofu, well drained

1 1/2 pounds firm tofu, well drained

1 cup arrowroot or cornstarch

2 cups water

3 tablespoons nutritional yeast

1 tablespoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

3 tablespoons sesame oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor, and blen until smooth. Adjust the spices to taste. Pour the mixture into an 8 inch springform pan or 9 inch pie pan and bake 40-45 minutes until it springs back when lightly touched.

SOOO GOOD

usually 2 yams to 1 hass avocado
with granulated garlic
chili powder
cayenne pepper
salt
 
this is my third day being a vegan and I'm in need of some inspiration!
can you recommend a good vegan cheese/substitute? I've heard most are awful....
 
Since 50% of Indians are vegetarians...why not try cooking something Indian??
