I'm 5'6, 145 pounds, and 16 years old. I want to burn the extra fat/tone my body by joining a swim team and swimming 1.5 hours a day, and doing strength training 3 days a week. Is this enough? (I'm scared it isn't because everything i read online says swimming isnt good for fat loss! Ah!) If it isn't enough , what else should i do?
