I'm currently a sophomore in college. I usually get a refund when I get an A+ in a class. But this time I didnt. When I called the school they said they have never offered that. But I know for a fact that's a lie because I have gotten 300 more when I got an A+ in addictions, elementary algebra, and intermediate algebra. Even a few teachers has told me that if I get an A+ I will get a refund. What is going on? Why are they saying its never been offered but I've received it before and the teachers tell me? Is there anything I can do?
