Nutrition into a meal?

They say nutrition is important and give you food like unsalted nuts, grains, greens etc

But how do you make a meal with nuts???
I just don't understand how to build a meal around that kind of stuff.

I don't eat eggs or any type of fish, the ONLY full meals they give, always have egg or fish.

I like veg, and alway eat all my veg, but veg everyday is not good, it makes me feel like im standing beside a tree eating leaves then i hate veg, that is also not good.

How do i do this right?

Instead of my normal menu of
6packs of crisps
lots of choclate
coke, lots (with ice - its important)

thats the snacks

breakfast - none
lunch - beans on toast, ham & cheese mustard sandwich, cheese on toast, and cheese everywere possible, because its good stuff.

dinner - chips, burger, mash and sausages (grilled) white rice and chicken curry

extreme amounts of cheese and crackers before bed, again because its amazing stuff.
