If i'm aiming for muscle ripping or bulking ......i wanna know how will my reps and weight change in each case , i also wanna know , how to pick the right weight for my training , when to put on heavy , when to go light , and after how much do i need to increase the weights and by what ratio , yes it's raining questions here xD , hope you can help me ^_^ thanks
