Could you be specific? Obama is not actually president yet, so it would be difficult for you to say at this point that he is trying to keep any of his promises. So far, all he has done has been to resign from the Senate, thereby making it possible for him to continue his pattern of not voting. I see nothing refreshing about that.

Here's a thought. It may sound minor, but here goes.

Obama made a big deal before the election about getting a dog. He said it would definitely be a shelter dog.

AFTER the election he said one of his daughters is allergic (gee, how did he not know this before???) and he is getting a "hypoallergenic" dog.

If he'll lie about that, he will lie about anything.
