Is this a healthy life style?

Hey so would you consider my life style healthy
Breakfast
Cereal
Banana

Lunch
Greek yogurt 0%
Kashi bar
Apple

Snack
Cereal or granola bar

Dinner
Varies but tonight i had
Salmon
Quinoa
Asparagus

I do 2 10 minute carb burner work outs each day and I lift weights and do ab work outs every other day.

Should I eat more or less
I am 17 years old
 
It sounds like your eating pretty healthy. But, I don't know if you should eat less or more because, it depends on your height and weight. Speak to your doc about this. Hope I helped. Thanks :)
