I'm having a bit of a trust issue with my husband, he has chewed tobacco on and off for years, and many times I will smell it on his breath and see it in his teeth. He has continuously lied to me about if he's using, to the point where I will catch him with some and still tries to make up stories before fessing up. Sometimes when I see it in his teeth he says he had been throwing up and he thinks there is some that has stayed from years past which is upsetting his stomach. It's something I worry about, since he has IBS and does vomit occasionally. I don't want to be suspecting him of lying if it's true, especially if it's something that can threaten his life eventually. Any help is appreciated.
