I need a great and delicious cheesecake recipe to be baked in a regular muffin tin that has no crust. That makes 24 cheesecake minis.
The reason for this is my next recipe request which is a great doctored strawberry cake that has sour cream, strawberry pudding in it, and fresh strawberries with either a strawberry cream cheese frosting or strawberry butter cream frosting.
What I plan on doing is making the strawberry cupcakes, cutting them in half and putting a cheesecake in the center than putting the cupcake back together with the frosting to make kinda of a mini layered cake
these are going to be for my cousins baby shower
