in New Orleans, now closed? There was a chinese food restaurant in New Orleans called Kungs Dynasty on St. Charles Ave. The signature dish was Kungs Chicken. This was my favorite chinese dish of all time and the restaurant did not reopen after Katrina. I was hoping to find the original recipe from a prior employee or another frequent visitor who may have figured it out on their own. I've been trying to re-create it for the last two years without success and frustration has led me to seek assistance from the Yahoo family. Help!
