When I was a kid, a good friend of mine had a nanny that was from the Philippines I believe. She made this great dish that had chicken in a really creamy pale yellow sauce, and it was over rice. I believe the sauce had sour cream and mustard in it. Anyone know what it might have been called or have a good recipe for it? It may or may not have been a Philippino recipe. Not really sure!
