good!? 10 points!? I'm doing the 5-6 meals a day thing. I've been doing this for a couple weeks now, but I've been changing my meals a bit. So is this ok?
Tomorrow I will have, in this order-
1.Egg whites (with a pinnnch of the yolk mixed in for nutrients) with a little bit of red peppers and onion on half a whole wheat english muffin
2. three inch sandwhich piece that I put about 35 calories of low fat motzarella cheese on (Out of meat right now)
3.100 calorie yoplait yogurt with a red apple (In a few days I'm going to buy fat free greek yogurt and add fresh fruit to it, though... can't wait for that.. mmmm)
4. A small spinach/romain lettuce salad with a vinagarette that is 130 calories. it will have onions and red pepper. With this I usually put some honey turkey on it but I will put a few peanuts on it for protein tomorrow
meal/snack 5 and 6- I'm not sure of, yet.. probably some lean meat and salad or a potato and then some fruit or something.
