fitness for a 13 year old girl?

at the moment l have been running a 800m track i struggle with that, but i thinks some of it is mental... i'm quite unfit, and i'm not very happy with my body. i'm not fat, i'm actually quite skinny i would just like to have more muscle in my body.. i need a fitness program for once a week that i can work up from and that involved things like sit ups, push ups and any other leg or core or arm exercises you can think of. thank you. if you could add in some things i should eat before i run that would be good :)

i weigh 45kg and my height is 150-160 cm my diet is pretty bad :(
