I want to start exercising, but I do not want to change my diet. I dont eat horribly, but I do eat carbs on a daily basis. And I am a chocolate lover who eats it any chance its offered.
Anyway, everywhere I find answers about losing weight it says to eat healthy and exercise. Well, if I just exercise and eat normally (which for me means healthy foods mixed in with some unhealthy foods once in a while) can I lose weight? Or will it just take longer?
