say if i eat a lot of food for breakfast like cookies with tea, cereal, or pancake... either ones. (not too much food tho but sure will fill up my empty stomach) then for lunch I'd eat this 'Florida's Natural Fruit juice nuggets, 66% real fruit juice, 17 g. I probably eat 3 packs. Then for dinner id b eating rice and meat.
