What contaminant was carried?
How many individuals were personally affected (how many got sick)?
Where did the food come from (company and geographical location)?
What were the dates this was happening in the US?
How was the information communicated to the public?
And furthermore to what extent was it useful/helpful?
Was there any confusion or miscommunications?
What were they?
How did the FDA update regulations to prevent future occurrences? Did they?
Should they have left the produce on the shelves and told people to cook it instead of costing farmers and distributors money?
