I don't get people who only listen to one or two genres of music. There's so much good stuff out there, and so much variety.

I listen to
Rock: Progressive rock, Psychedelic rock, Post-Rock, Experimental Rock, Art Rock, New Wave, Pop Rock, Hard Rock, "Classic" Rock, Alternative Rock, Indie Rock, Math Rock, Shoegaze and Folk Rock. The first 5 them,selves could sound like anything, so they're even more varied themselves.
Metal: Post-Metal, Avant-Garde Metal, Progressive Metal, Progressive Death Metal, Death Metal, Black Metal, Post-Black Metal, Power Metal, Folk Metal, Mathcore and Psychedelic Metal.
Electronica: House, Dubstep (Not the new definition), Breakcore, Glitch, Electronic Post-Rock, Psychedelic Trance, Chillout.
Hip-Hop: Trip Hop, Hardcore Hip-Hop, Alternative Hip-Hop, Rap Rock, Rap Metal.
Folk: Folk Rock, Indie Folk, Nordic Folk, Irish Folk, Medieval Folk, Psychedelic Folk, Electronic Folk.
Classical: Symphonic music, Classical Piano music
