How to recover toshiba satellite l35-s2366?

as per toshiba's website, there is no recovery partition .. you have to use recovery discs (which you probaby have to create yourself) .. i have a toshiba tecra m4 and had to create my own .. took about 8-10 or so blank CD-Rs

The recovery partition has still existed. But i don't know when the computer restart what key i must press. Please tell me! Thanks very much!
