My Dad just bought me a Toshiba Satellite A205-S5831 and
when i try to put it to sleep/hibernate and when i open it----
it gives me the blue screen and i went to

to download it so to give it a try to fix it and its still doing it what should i do i just need someone who knows computers well please help me
