I have started a proprietory firm dealing with Fire Fighting Equipments and Instalation of Fire Fighting Systems in the Highrise buildings and Commercial Establishments. Also we undertake the Monthly Maintenance of Existing Fire Fighting System. For that I have to Concentrate on the Housing society having the same systems. For that I have to send a Introduction Letter to all such societies.
So kindly guide me to draft the Introductory letter so that I introduce my company perfectly.
