whats a good way to cook boneless/skinless chicken breast.. so that its NOT dry? Yet, still diet-friendly
No boiling- I HATE boiled chicken.. grilling is too dry.
Oh, and a way that doesnt take a freakin hour to cook too please.
DIET FRIENDLY
Cannot fry it in oil.. FAIL
my BF purchased skinless breasts.. so cooking with skin is not an option- its already gone.
Chicken breast tastes dry to me anyways overcooked or not.. very rarely have I tasted a nice peice of chicken breast that was moist.. I just wish I knew how to get it that way myself.
*sigh* I fail to see how things like fried onion rings, bread crumbs and ranch dressing makes for diet-friendly chicken.
