You can turbo any car. The average turbo kit is around $4,500 not including install. If you have a high compression engine you will need to do some work to it to reduce engine compression or its not suited for turbo charging. Your average modifying shop will tell you how hard/easy it is to turbo your type of car. If it is possible or not.
