I have been denied use of the Suggestions Box for one month following a staff meeting regarding the introduction of a clothing range in our supermarket. Asked for views on what garments to offer our customers I ventured 'Animal Skins'; basing it on my experience as Leading Vehicular Disposition Official in our car park. I regard this punitive action as questionable and wonder whether I have a legal foot to stand upon viz-a-viz the withdrawal of the imposition and possible monetary recompense? The latter not being of great importance over the principle of free speech in a work place environment.
