Has anyone used gnc's hair,skin and nails vitamins?

One girl mentioned biotin. I wanted to get that. My hair stylist at toni n guy told me to get the biotin vitamins from gnc.

i have heard that nothing can make the hair grow faster just stronger so it appears to grow. but, it's worth a try in my opinion
