That's his job - he's a political commentator, and he has conservative / traditionalist / American beliefs. Hard to believe in times like this, but he actually thinks that the Constitution wasn't meant to be circumvented by the appointment of Czars, or that votes shouldn't be bought with millions of dollars of the taxpayers' money...
