Hi everyone, we've just bought a breville "The milk cafe" frother, and it's supposed to be able to make different types of coffee, hot chocolate and lattes. Anyway, i'm supposed to be making cappucinos for our house guests, but I really have no idea how to do it. I've tried checking the manual but in the recipes section, it says all the drinks the machine can make, and then it describes the drink, instead of telling me how to do it. For example, under the "Hot chocolate" tab, it says:
A heated beverage of shaved chocolate, melted chocolate or coco powder blended with heated and foamed milk or water and sugar.
Instead of telling me how much milk and chocolate and what temprature i need to set the machine to. Anyway, does anyone have any coffee recipes that would work with the machine? I only know how to make hot chocolate with it, but I still need to know how to make cappucino, lattes, chai latte's and flat whites. Any help with any of them would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !!
