I've been making it this way for 20 years now, my family as well as anyone who I gave my recipe to that has tried it loved it! It is EASY!

What you will need:
1- five pound boneless ham
1- five pound bag of red potatoes
3- medium sized yellow onions
1- can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1- can Cream of Celery Soup
1- can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
1- stick (quarter pound of butter)

Peel, and then slice the potatoes lengthwise, place the flat side of the potatoes on the cutting board and chop into half coins.

Slice the ham into half inch slices, then cube the ham slices into small cubes.

Dice the Onions small.

In a large mixing bowl, add all three cans of soup. Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave and pour it over the soups, mix WELL. The sauce will not stick to the bowl and will pour nicely.

Finally, In a large roasting pan (big enough for a 12 pound turkey) spray the roasting pan with a nonstick spray, mix the cubed ham, sliced potatoes, and diced onions together. Pour the sauce over it and mix a little just to get the sauce over everything.

Cover. And bake on 350 degrees for two hours, or until potatoes are soft.

NO EXTRA salt, seasoning or other spices are needed! It is delicious the way it is! Trust me!

So PLEASE DON'T get back to me until you try it!

Peace and love!
