I just replaced my bank1 heated o2 sensor because my check engine light came on a few weeks ago. I have noticed that my gas mileage has dropped a bit since then (one or two tanks gone since the change). Is there anything I have to do to let the computer know what I did? I replaced what I'm assuming was the stock sensor with a Bosch one I bought from a local auto parts dealer. thanks!
